1. What is iNetMail e-mail management system
iNetMail is a Web based software module for online mail management.
It helps you check and organize your Internet mail through your Web Browser.
You do not have to have or own a Mail Client to check and receive your
e-mail. You can receive mails, reply, reply to many users at once, view
and download attachments to your computer from mails you receive, send
mail with attachments just using your Internet browser.
iNetMail is a web based mail client.
Simple, convenient and useful, this type of mail management module is
used by many ISPs to facilitate their clients. Take the time and look
at our visual examples and then you can directly check iNetMail
with our test account or use your own mail settings to check your e-mail.

Users can:
- Preview and easily delete messages.
- Read various mail Formats: Text, HTML, Message source.
- Download and Save attachments to local disk.
- Send text e-mail with attached files (Up to 1MB total size of attachments).

- Use user accounts directly from POP3 Server - DB is not needed!
iNetMail is tested on MS Internet Explorer versions 2, 3, 4, 5,
5.5 and Netscape Navigator 4.0 through 4.76 and the newest v. 6.0 for
Windows and several versions of Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator
for Macintosh. This is a solution for ISPs or Companies that have a POP3
Server. We offer customization where only the specific ISP mail server
name will be fixed and users will enter only this mail server based on
User Name and Password.
2. Who can use it?
Anyone who has an active e-mail setup with any ISP around the world based
on the POP3 services can use iNetMail. All you have to know is
your user name, your password and your mail server.
3. Can I send e-mail messages
Yes, you can send messages online using iNetMail. The complete
e-mail management is the main program's function. You can read, reply,
forward or send new messages using iNetMail.
4. Can I send or receive messages with attachments?
How big?
Yes, you can send and receive messages with attachments using iNetMail.
The maximum size of the attachment is preset at 1 MB file size.
5. Can I download a trial version?
Yes, you can download a trial version. The trial version is available

6. Can I install iNetMail on two servers with one license?
Our company has about 5 different servers. Is that possible?
No, each installation of iNetMail requires a separate copy to
be purchased.
7. Can I have iNetMail customized to work only with
my clients, only with my POP3 server?
Yes, we can customize iNetMail to work with only one POP3 server
so your customers can only check the e-mail addresses that are associated
with your domain - e.g. mail.mydomain.com only. The customization
is free of charge.
8. Does the program have any help features or an online
manual?
We are now building an online help available for all the users and administrators
that will serve as a manual too. iNetMail will be upgradeable for
free so all the customers that already have the system will be upgraded
to the program with the Help function for free.
9. Can we make design changes or does that go thru your
staff?
The system can be implemented into any website that has the needed technical
parameters with the "look and feel" of its host. Any design
changes are done by
ConsultCommerce only.
10. How much does the system cost to be implemented?
The cost of iNetMail is $380 US which would include the customization
to be used for one domain only if needed and 1 month free customer support.
11. If I buy iNetMail what do I get as a program or
installation?
You will obtain an installation program that installs iNetMail
on your server machine. The Installation program will create virtual application
directory on your default Web server and will extract the ASP's there.
These ASP's are the interface of the iNetMail. Other backbone DLLs
are installed and registered (full version contains 2 additional DLLs
- one for the spell checking capabilities and another for the Attachments
Upload).
The full installation also contains with some essential VBRuntime DLLs.
You are not supplied with Core POP3 component which you can download for
free from : (http://www.zaks.demon.co.uk/code/cpts/pop/jpop2b7.zip).
When you purchase the full version you will also get extensive dictionary,
installed directly into your SQL Server Database or Access Database.
12. How do I install the demo of the program or the
actual product? Do you have any specific procedures?
Basic System Requirements
Following are the basic requirements for installing iNetMail 1.0:
- Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, Internet Information Server 4.0 and Service
Pack 4.0 or later or Microsoft Windows 2000, Internet Information Server
5.0 and Service Pack 1.0
- Microsoft Visual Basic Scripting engine version 5.0 or greater.
Microsoft integrated SMTP Server installed and running on Internet Information
Server.
- Zaks POP3 ActiveX
- ASPUpload ActiveX - if you plan to use the full "attach to message"
functionality of iNetMail.
Downloading and Installing the software
Please, follow these steps in the order they are listed:
- Download iNetMail by clicking the button below:

- Start the iNetMail.exe, which will automatically run the application
Installation Wizard. The wizard will guide you through the rest of the
installation process.
NOTE: The Installation wizard will create a Virtual Directory,
called iNetMail, into you Default Web Site.
- Download and install free Zaks POP3 v2.0 Beta 7 (24k)
from the
http://www.zaks.demon.co.uk/code/cpts/pop/index.html
available by Simon Fell (http://www.zaks.demon.co.uk/code/index.html).
The ActiveX can be found at this URL: http://www.zaks.demon.co.uk/code/cpts/pop/jpop2b7.zip
- Extract the files from jpop2b7.zip into a directory. (You can
extract the files into the directory C:\Program Files\ConsultCommerce\InetMail\ActiveX,where
some of the iNetMail files are installed by default). To register
the component, run regsvr32 zakspop3.dll from the directory where
you put the DLL.
